Chicken Bullying

I have four girls who are just a year old. They have been raised together and have gotten on well all this time.
One of my Golden Sexlinks has been showing a tendency to brood recently and has also been bullied as of late. The others have begun to pluck feathers out of her head. This is a new behavior and I cannot tell if it is in conjunction with her change in behavior or if it is due to something else...thoughts?
Would love to stop this before it progresses. Thanks for your input!

I'm not an expert on chicken bullying, but my advice is just to wait it out (even though it is so hard to watch) and if it gets worse then you may have to intervene with fences and such just until she becomes un-broody and see if they were just wigging out because she was broody?
