View attachment 1555631 Hi Guys

I have 6 chickens and one of my chicken Goldie has got swelling in one of her foot. I have tried hot water salt bath, feeding her with turmeric and yugurt to fight this infection and finally took her to the vet as well. She has been given an anti inflammatory med for twice a day for 7 day...today is 5th day so far, But nothing seems to be working.
Now I am thinking of getting her antibiotics and read about Clindamycin (trade names Antirobe® and Cleocin). Does anyone know where can I get this from without getting a prescription and can we consume her eggs while she is on Clindamycin?
Thanking you in advance.
Sadie

Her bumble foot is just starting, it will be easy to treat...

the swelling is kinda odd, that usually happens in later stages when the scab is much bigger. My guess would be it is just her body's reaction to the infection, she is attempting to fight it in odd ways.
Thanks for the link. I have removed the plug twice so far with some blood coming out no puss and bandaged her for couple of weeks afterwards, but no progress unfortunately.
