Welcome to BYC, Laura. Try to stay away from prefab coops. They are bad for chicken health and they do not hold up well. They also will not hold as many chickens as they advertise.
A large walk-in coop is the easiest to clean and maintain. It also makes it easier to catch birds off the roost if you have to treat them for lice or illness.
