I recently took a look at the chicken calculator site and have a few questions.how do you know what all the small letters stand for?I have only looked at the site using a smartphone so do I need to use the computer to view the full site for a legend?if there is not an explanation then how do you decifer all of those codes?

try using a computer so you can see the entire thing.

Lower case letters indicate recessive alleles, upper case ones indicate dominant alleles. Named allele combinations have the name listed.

No, I haven't been able to adapt the chickencalculator for a mobile device, sorry.

Rusty hackles and saddles are not shown. You may mimic them if you set e-locus to E^R instead of E and use Ml and/or cha/cha.
