Chicken cannot raise her head

I'm sure you already know this, but if she doesn't drink ant eat she will die. How many days ha it been since she drank?
Yes, I know. I was force feeding her food and water yesterday the whole day. I did manage to get some water down her throat, although I doubt it's enough for an adult chicken.

Just now she got out from the box and walked all over the room. I took her to the barn. She seemed to be happier there when seeing her friends. She looks almost normal when running around, only her wings are still drooping a little. She went to the water container and drank, although this whole morning she refused me to give her any water. She has some difficulty jumping on high surface but she did manage it. When she sits there, her head would still be dropping down sometimes. She still does not show any interest in food. I put her in a cage when I am not there to keep the roosters from chasing and mounting her.

25 ml water per pound is the minimum amount needed, and you must correct her hydration status before force feeding.

I see she's a silkie mix? Is it possible she could of been pecked in the crest? Sometimes silkies have domed skulls. It could be a head injury.

That could be a possibility. I bought her as a large chicken, I'm not sure if she is silky mixed. Looks like. In the afternoon I was working in the barn, so I let her out, she walks and runs just like others. Then in the evening she got to the ceiling just like before. I had intended to put her in a cage, but now I cannot reach her. When she's perching, she is still doing that head dropping and raising exercise. I am worrying if she would fall down at night. I saw her drinking but did not see her eating.

Was she perhaps had a rough mating or fight that may have hurt her neck...?
Maybe give her some Poly vi sol without iron, also try maple syrup....
You can roll up a big thick towel and prop her head on it... might give her neck some rest...
