Look to see if the vitamins you are giving have B2 (Riboflavin) - not all poultry vitamins contain the B vitamins.
If not, use a human B-Complex vitamin (no iron) and crush it in their food.
Hopefully it is a vitamin deficiency, but it could also be something like Marek's or Mycoplasma Synoviae. These can both cause the leg paralysis, but they don't necessarily present with respiratory symptoms and they will usually eat/drink for a good while before going off feed.
For Mycoplasma you can try Tylan50 to see if they improve or seek your vet's help.
Tylan 50 injectable dosage is 1 cc or ml per 5 pounds of weight,. Give it orally or as an injection into the breast muscle 1/4 inch deep.
If it is Marek's, keep up with the vitamins and make sure they are eating/drinking.
