Chicken can't walk

update? If botulism then the head will hang down as botulism produses a kind of flaccid paralysis in the neck...
There are so many things that can cause these symptoms of (partial) paralysis including mycotoxins (from perhaps forgotten grains of feed on the ground) or something toxic they found while ranging (think some types of fungus growing in a damp area in a field or toxic weeds seeds or plants) ....
How is she now?

Heads up, she's eating and drinking, even laid an egg. But the legs don't support her. She can stand for about 30 seconds and then just plots he belly on the ground. She's not in pain, I can straighten her legs out but when I let go the pop back tight to the body. i guess I'll just keep hand feeding and offering water and play the waiting game. I'll post any changes as they happen.

She's gone, and she was one of my first ladies. She just laid her head down and that was it.

So very, very sorry. I hope you don't encounter the problem in other chickens. I'm glad you have the comfort of knowing you tried to learn and do what you could to help.
