My email is my BYC username @ gmail.com (I'd type it out, but afraid I'd start getting spam).I made a video of him but can't figure out how to post it, it's not working properly. I could email it to you Kathy so you could give your opinion.

Since it hasn't been diagnosed by a lab, I would keep treating with vitamins, and feeding a high quality chick feed. The chick would have had to contract AE from another chicken or through the egg, so I wouldn't rule out any of the diseases discussed. Treating for coccidiosis as Kathy suggested would not be harmful in any way, but I would continue vitamins throughout a Corid treatment. If a chick dies, I would get a necropsy by the state vet. It's best to get the details on sending one before it happens. Here is some info: http://agr.wa.gov/FoodAnimal/AnimalHealth/statevets.aspxAvian Encephalomyelitis
Do you know if there is a way to treat the other chickens or if it's contagious? If a vaccine is needed, where would we buy it?
