Chicken Cold?

My 6 month old rooster has been sneezing with a runny nose for the past week now. The discharge from his beak is clear and its not like its running down his beak but its there. He still cleans himself, has a healthy apitite, and runs around the backyard like he usually does. He doesnt really have any other symptoms except he opens his mouth really wide like a yawn when he cleans himself, sometimes excessivly. This is my first time owning a chicken and i just want to make sure he's okay and if he isnt then hopefully you guys can help me identify what he has and help me cure it. Thanks.

Could be environmental--dusty bedding or feed, pollen, etc. Chickens don't get colds, as such.

Not likely a cold. Either the beginnings of an illness or and environmental irritant.
