the hens i got from the guy have darker red feathers on neck and head then lighter on body is that from mix or what

yea they were bones when i got them i 3x fed them to get them better. these have yellow and white legs. i read white legs means good layer not sure if true tho

How long have you had them?

the new ones iv had a week

Those nice feathers didn't grow in just a month...nice looking birds.

the feathers were fine it was the under weight that was the problem
