Chicken combs have fallen!! Help!

They are fine. Hormone levels are high now that they are laying and combs are enlarged. When they go into a molt, combs will lighten in color and may very well shrink.

Wow, Thanks so much!! I can't tell you how happy I am to hear it. They are so sweet and I can't imagine losing them to some disease.

My olive egger pullets are doing the same thing. Yesterday they were floppy and pale and today they are bright red and standing straight up. It's been supper cold, so I was worried about frost bite. I'm glad to know it is normal.

I was so worried. I put my fingers in their poop and everything! Thanks for your reply. I'm so grateful.

Yep, They look healthy! Like some other people said, they do flop sometiems.
