Chicken constipated? Egg bound?

My 3 year old austrolorp has been squatting like she is trying to poop for a couple of hours and everytime just a little bit of yellow greasy diahrea comes out. I have no idea what is going on but ever since her broody spell around a month ago dhed stopped laying eggs and just got out of a molt. Really anything helps she's still eating and drinking fine. But she is less active and prefers to sit and sleep instead of being active.

I stuck my finger in to check for an egg and immedietly it felt like a squish egg idk anatomy but I felt around and my finger pushed out this organ looking thing
