chicken constipation?

Yes! Yes! I compared her belly to other other chickens. Hers is swollen and feels hard. What does that mean?
Squishy belly would be ascites(caused by organ malfunction/disease).
Hard belly could be some kind of tumor or EYP.
Which could be what was felt internally as @Wyorp Rock pointed out here:
From your description, she likely has an internal laying/reproductive disorder like EYP, cancer, tumors or Salpingitis. Tumors, eggs and lash eggs can sometimes be felt in the abdomen or upon internal examination.
Antibiotics might help...but not likely, sorry.

She's 2.5 years old and was a healthy layer up to now

If her abdomen is swollen, then likely she has a reproductive problem, but it's always best to seek vet care.

Will she eat/drink for you?

Hi @zjz1999,

I'm not quite sure what this means ? There is no obligation for anyone to hit the like button on comments made in a thread.

I'm glad that she told me that. I'm new to this board and did not know about social media etiquette.

She's not eating or drinking on her own. I could not feel any thing when I stuck my finger into her vent. I will take her to a avian vet tonight.

Oh no! This does not “mean” anything!
I know that sometimes when I am reading a thread new posts come up while I am typing and I miss them and sometimes don’t see them until days later. I just wanted to make sure that she had noticed your comment because it was so full of good input and valuable information!
