im building a small coop inside our cabin and we live in ontario, canada and i was wondering how much styrofoam insulation sheets i should put between my plywood wals ??

you might want to use house insulation styorfoam may not be enough for the space it takes up

We had bad luck with house type insulation in an out building. The fuzzy material is very inviting for little critters that like to chew into walls and nest.

not if you have cats

I strongly suggest filling the entire stud space. Assuming you use 2x4 studs, that means you will have room for approximately 3 1/2" thickness of styrofoam (because 2x4s aren't *really* 2" by 4"). If you are scrounging and have to use whatever you find, you may find yourself leaving some spots thinner, but if you want free then whaddaya gonna do
