I did pretty much the same thing with my shed, except the other half will be for turkeys. I'm not quite done but here is what is done so far:

For extra ventilation I cut a piece out of the side then put it on hinges for a window. I lined the inside with hardware cloth.

Just be careful what you store in the shed with the chickens. Have seen people store gasoline in a shed forget to close the vent on the can and the vapors were strong enough to have killed the chickens in a small shed. Other than that it should be a great coupe.

thanks for that pic of the inside, Im still not sure how Im going to do it on the cheep but yours is nice and makes me think.
