Chicken coop needed

Is there anyone near Pleasanton tx. That can build a chicken coop

I’m not near Texas at all but am curious as to you situation. Do you have a flock that you need to move? Or you just want to get into raising back yard chickens? There are many great coop plans here if you have the ability, some of them are very simple too!

I have a small flock now they’re chicken coops are too small and I’m needing to enlarge into one I have about 32 birds

With that number and the need for help, perhaps consider instead getting a big shed and converting it (add lots of ventilation up high! especially in your climate).

@SourRoses thats a great suggestion. I did the same thing. I have a 10x12 metal shed and it’s worked great so far. If you aren’t particularly handy it’s a great way to go. If you want to see pictures let me know @Shines6568

With that many chickens in your future and living in Texas, skip the traditional coop and opt instead for more of an aviary type setup. Enclose a 10x20 carport structure with one solid wall and the rest wire walls. Even a hoop coop. Will cost a fraction and requires little building skills or tools.

Where are they at I have been so busy with school no time it seems to do anything. I would love to see some coop plans.
