Chicken Coop questions

They must feel 'in the spotlight' there!
Anyway to not shine it right into their faces?

The light was up just temporary and it did get moved. I do have another question though. I put a timer on it so they get around 13.5 hours or so of light per day. I increased it 30 minutes per day. Anyways, on to my other question, I was talking to a small chicken farmer yesterday and she runs heat lamps. I have mixed feelings about this. If it is warmer in the Coop than outside won't they stay inside all winter.
