I build chicken coops/tractors. The coops are a standard 4'x4' and the run is whatever you would like it. This would be good for people who live in places that just a few chickens are allowed. And people who have limited space. Good for getting up in the mornings and going to get eggs.I can also make any size needed bigger or smaller. The Coop itself is $150. Tractor is $200 for a 4'x4' coop and 4'x4' run. Both things come with all of the stuff below:
Nesting Box
Roost
25 year warranty shingles(your color choice)
15 year warranty exterior grade red paint
3.5'x3.5' door for you to clean it out and gather eggs
door for your chickens
Heavy Duty hinges
Framed with 2x2's so it is very sturdy.
Option you can add:
Another nesting box-$8
Another roost-$5
Floor-$10 OSB/$15 plywood
4x4 runners-$20
Run-$50(4'x4') add $7 for each additional foot(can only build it 4' wide but can build up to 8' long).
Screen door kit-$5(handle and spring)
Egg door behind the nesting box-$5
