When I let the birds out in the morning they are tight together then they explode into flight like a covey of quail. These are RIRs, Dels, and BRs. It's great hearing all those thundering wings. Doesn't take much to make me smile, huh?

I love to watch them run. I do declare, those beaks can really turn up into a smile!
  3. I love the explosion from the coop, like they can't wait to see what the day has in store. And I still laugh like a fool when one of them grabs a tidbit and runs with it while the others chase her. So much better for my stress than watching the fishtank.
