Chicken Crates ? NEED HELP

I know this is probably not the right spot to post this but was the closest title to match what i'm doing. Does any one know of a cheap inexpensive way to make chicken crates to haul chickens to the butcher. I have priced them online and they are expensive i'm just looking for something to put them in for about 2 hours to make the ride from farm to butcher. Any ideas. Thanks in advance.

Try using a portable plastic dog carrier. Usually find used ones pretty cheap.
