2) What is the behavior, exactly.
I'll try to attach a video. Chicken is "hulking" and spreading her wings slightly, crouching and tucking her butt under. Can barely walk, not sure if it's because she's so tense. If she was human, I'd say she's trying to poop. I think she's a little young for laying eggs? Seems alert otherwise but distressed and not moving around with the other hens.

Started today, it's a sudden change

No
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
No
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
No idea
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
Not that I've seen yet, but she manager to make one sprint outside when I sprinkled scratch, then ran and hid under the coop.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
Maybe bloody - found a poop that looks like intestinal lining when I compare to pictures, but I don't know which of my four chickens it is from.
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
None
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
