Chicken Dewormer

I have noticed round worms in one of my young hens. She is approximately 14 weeks old. We have 29 hens and 1 rooster. 15 of the hens are 14 weeks the rest are a year and a half. I purchased safeguard medicated dewormer in pellet form. But i cant find a dosing guide. Can anyone help? Thx

Get some safeguard liquid goat wormer.
Dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row. This will take care of most worms that poultry have except for Tapeworms.
