Only way to know for certain us to get a necropsy on the dead hen. Do you still have the body? Keep it refrigerated, not frozen, double bagged in plastic. Would you like a list of state labs that perform this service?

We’re going to take it to osu like when she’s gone can you like see the egg inside? How long does it take her to die? I don’t know I was dead with my granddad. I was not so younger than so. I don’t really clearly remember you know, but I remember her being in the chicken shed he said she wasn’t well. She was all like bowing on

You should be able to see if a egg was stuck. It really depends on the chicken, there is not exact time for a chicken to pass. However, usually, when a chicken or anything for that matter passes away, they shake. That usually is when the animal/species passes away.
