Chicken disappears, shows back up and is acting strange.

Thank you everyone for the input. She is still just hanging around moving slow. I will see if I can catch her and check her out closer.

I just went and caught her she threw up water and a bug and hind in is messy. I think she is sick. what do I do with her and can the other chickens get it?

If you don't know what she has, there's no telling if it is contagious. If it is one of the dozens of diseases that afflict chickens and she's in with other chickens then, depending on the disease, there's an 80% chance the others will get it. With some diseases, like IB, 100% of the flock will get it.
