Chicken doesnt come out

I have ONE chicken (a silky) that doesnt like to leave the coop, i have to make her. But when she is out, she happily joins in and pecks around doing chicken things. But she also never goes back in on her own. I have to put her inside every time. Whats up with this??

Is she new to the coop ? Silkies are never coop valedictorians and it generally takes them a bit longer to figure out things. Those with extremely large crests can have vision issues.

Nope shes been with us since we brought them home. Tho she does have a decent sized poof on her head so i wonder if it does have something to do with vision? Should i trim the feathers around her face?

I would try trimming her feathers just a bit. It might not be the problem, but it's worth a shot

What does the entrance of the coop look like?
Ramp too steep maybe?

I doubt it the entrance, all my other chickies are in and out all day, even the teeny bantams. And i looked closer at her feathers on her head, it is nice; full and big but i can easily see her eyes. So i dont think its that. Maybe shes just "special" lol
