Chicken Door in the Chicken Run?

Hello all you helpful people! My coop and run are inside the pen my alpacas and soon to be baby Nigerian Dwarf goats are in. I want to put a chicken door in the run so I can let the chickens out into the bigger pen on the weekends. Eventually I hope to let them free range the yard but not until they are full grown. My concern is that chicken feed is really bad for goats. I have been told if a goat can get their head through something they can usually get the rest of them in. I was reading somewhere that if the chicken door is the shape of a triangle the chickens can get in and out but it is more difficult for the goats. Has anyone tried this? Anyone have any advice? I would hate to have to move the chicken feed in and out all the time but I will if I have to.

I have read this too...seen it work somewhere long ago.
Try asking on a goat forum...might have been here that I saw it.
