It could be worms but it could be a million different things right now.

You need to watch her and see if she's drinking and get a picture of her poop.

Corid for cows treats chickens coccidiosis issues.

You need to encourage her to drink water right now.
Don't force anything just encourage.

now shes pecking around a bit... all the other chickens are roosting but not her! still a little dazed looking but spry enough that she isnt going to get caught without cornering her... im gonna go see if i can make her drink now...

I wouldn't mess with her too much if it is but come tomorrow morning I'd keep a close eye on her.

You can use Corid (the one in the first link) on chickens but it’s used to treat Coccidiosis not worms.

she went up to roost with the chicks!? got her down and put the end of her beak in water and maybe got a drip or to "you can lead a chicken to water but you cant make it drink!" i put her into the big chickens coop now soooo, well see what shes like in the morning.... one thing ive learned is that chickens are extremely hardy!
