Can you post some photos of your hen and her ears?
Does she have "gunk" or pus in the ears that need to be cleaned out?

Does she have a respiratory symptoms too - discharge from the eyes, facial swelling, mucous?
Any signs of canker, mucous or lesions inside the beak?

Look forward to more information and photos - hopefully we can give you some suggestions.

5 ml a day injected and the ear has yellow puss or gunk that smells I’ve just cleaned it out so I can’t take a picture right now no respiratory symptoms and she won’t let me look inside her mouth but she eats fine and acts normal just the ear infections as far as I can tell

What kind of antibiotic? How much, and for how long? Was it expired?

How did you clean it out?

My suspicion is that you might have made the bacteria antibiotic-resistant with the drops.

Just and anitibiotic ear drop from the pharmacy my vet told me to try I tried it for 10 days but it was hard for it to get into the ear as the ear would fill withthe gunk and I couldn’t completely get it out most of the time it was not expired and the vet thinks it is a fungus in the ear I brought the chicken into the vet for an examination and he prescribed the baytril injections once a day for 7 days

Yes, I would like to see your photos.
Is it like a plug?

You mention the vet thought it was a fungus in the ear? Did they take a culture?

Baytril is an antibiotic. if it's a fungal infection, you should be using an antifungal.

How did you clean the ear out? Did you put anything in the ear other than the medication?
