Chicken Eating A little bit very tierd

Hi Everyone

My chicken is acting werid she is tierd all the time shes eating a little bit i forced water down her throat. Shes pucking up brown stuff. She moves around a little bit. She falls off the perch once or twice this is her 7th day like this

Any ideas?
