Because i dont want my fowls and turkey to stay indoor through out, so i allow them to play outsides some times.

But I discovered that they (Plymouths and turkey) do eat many grass, plants, especially okro leaves.

Hope eating this won't have any effect on them or should I keep them indoor throughout?

I need you now

Grass, and okra leaves, and many other plants, are all fine for chickens.

It is healthy for chickens to eat some of these things, just like eating some vegetables is healthy for people. Of course, chickens and people need to eat other foods too, not just okra leaves.

I let my chickens out to free range an hour before sunset daily, weather permitting, and the first thing they do is eat grass and weeds.

Then they search for bugs,

and dig for grubs and worms.

They really enjoy their foraging. 🐔 GC
