Chicken eats others poo

Hey, one of our chickens insists on eating chicken poo?? She pecks it off the others feathers and has once eaten it off the ground, none of the others do it, just this one. She is quite nervous and seems a bit dimmer than the others, she does get bullied a bit but she never has lack of food, she just comes back later. I wondered if there's any way to stop it?? It is just disgusting, maybe if all the others did it it wouldn't seem so bad but it's just her. I'm sure it can't be good for her...?!? Thanks...

I have seen my girls eat their own poo before.. Never has hurt them and I doubt you can stop it.. Chickens can be kinda gross at times
