Chicken egg air cell not growing

Hi all, I posted before asking if my day 14 air cells were big enough and had a reply saying they were fine.
My problem now is that we are day 17 and they haven't grown at all since.
The chicks are moving and good veining but the air cell just isn't changing.
The humidity has been a problem as its very muggy and hot here but its been between 35 and 45 the whole time, with 2 dehumifiers next to it, a fan and rice in the incubator.
I'm just really unsure on what to do with lockdown meant to start tomorrow.
I only have 2 little eggs left.
Any advice would be hugely appreciated.
This is a picture of the air cell on day 14 and it is still the same size.

I have the same problem with high humidity here.

Are these shipped eggs or your own?
How many did you start with?

Air cells dont look that bad. They will draw down even more right before pipping.

Your humidity % is within normal range.

These are our own eggs we only put 4 in to begin with as we haven't done anything like this before but 2 were infertile.
These 2 are moving around happily.
Should i leave them with low humidity until tomorrow night then raise it for lockdown or is that too late? It will be the 18th day from 8am tomorrow. I think just taking the dehumifiers away will increase the humidity to the right amount.
Also should i leave them upright for lockdown if the air cells dont increase much more?
Sorry so many questions, i'm just anxious to get these 2 little eggs to hatch.

I agree with @Punkybrewster - the air cells will draw down more in the next few days. I did my first chicken hatch last month with flock eggs. I too was worried that air cells were changing, but not by much... nothing like some pics I've seen. But, sure enough - even with increased humidity for lockdown - the air cells increased and migrated towards the sides somewhat (became lopsided) in preparation for hatch. It was useful to me to have marked the air cells bc then I could see that even a side pip was often within the marked air cell!

Thank you, it makes me feel more relaxed knowing that things are going in the right direction.
I can't believe how anxious I am, I don't think I will sleep at all once they go into lockdown.

to help with that, find some YouTube videos of momma hen sounds. Takes a bit to find some without humans talking or a lot of background noises. Play it for the chicks through the air holes in the bator lid every so often. It is encouraging to them while they hatch and they will often chirp back, even from inside the shell!

Raise humidity on day 18 lockdown.
65-75% is a good range to have.
