Chicken/egg Business

I am thinking about starting a chicken breeding and egg business in a few years. Can anyone give me some pointers?

Are you planning on doing seperate breeds or just one? Have seperate pens for each breed. I've seen a good setup before. Talk to your state egg board. They will have guidlines for you and any licensing that you may need.
