I owned this farm years ago, it is a money-making project

Well, welcome to backyard chickens. I see that you have a big factory operation here - are you now downsizing to a backyard flock?
Yes, right, now I have a few chickens and this project ended some time ago for the high cost of feed

Ok - welcome! A fair warning, you may get a bit of flack on here for this video. This site is all about 4+sq feet per bird etc. etc.
Sorry I did not understand because I do not speak English well, but is it prohibited to post videos here?

I will try my best to remain polite...

This is disturbing. Stop filming please and help that bird! A blurry video of a scared bird in your clutches won't help us help you help her. At least separate it from that over crowded little room, don't just plop it back down in its feces on its broken leg!! Put her in isolation on a soft towel with easy access to food and water. Observe and try to find out the exact source of the problem/pain. Then maybe snap some pics and run to the internet. It looks like she needs veterinary attention. If you are not going to bring her to a vet or treat it yourself, put it out of its misery please sooner rather than later..

Your conditions seem severely lacking even the most basic of husbandry essentials(roosts, bedding?). Chickens need approximately 4 sq ft per bird in their coop. And lots of room to roost. They also need bedding to catch their feces. Those would be a good place to start from what I can tell in your video.

Please use this forum to learn as much as you can about the humane way to keep chickens, and work towards providing your animals with some better quality of life. I'm sure the users here will be happy to answer specific questions.

I do think it is nice that the chickens in the cages have bright combs and look healthy. They are also outside. They aren't covered in poop and egg yolk. They are actually much better kept than how I thought factory chickens were. As for the chickens in the coop, I agree. They need some roosts and bedding, and more space. And what is wrong with that poor chick's leg? It looks like it is dislocated. They probably need to cull... ☹
