If it's not stuck on too bad, just gently pick it off. If it's glued on pretty good, maybe a little coconut oil or vaseline massaged on the fuzz under the shell. Water may even work.

You should be able to peel it off gently if it isn't too stuck. You can also use coconut oil as lubricant. So glad he's ok, post more pics when he fluffs up!

Ok I used some water and a q-tip and they came off pretty well , I'll definitely post pictures of him when he fluffs up ( why are we calling it a he , i hope we're not jinxing it ) haha!

Honestly, same. Little chicks just seem so... masculine to me, despite the fact that they're little fluff balls lol. On the other hand, I call rabbits girls. No idea lol

He's doing really well today , still a little crusty in some places but other than that pretty fluffed up and looking cute , I'll try and get some pictures when I get back home , ( out for lunch) !
