Chicken Egg Production

My chickens stopped laying eggs in September and started molting. They have stopped molting but still aren't laying. They aren't very old. Any ideas of what I could do?

Keep up the protein in their feed, 18-20%, be careful of feeding too many extras, molting is taxing and requires a lot of energy.
