Long story short: A couple of my chickens made it to the neighbors lawn that had been recently fertilized and treated with a pellet weed killer. All the chickens seem fine a week later. How long should I wait before eating the eggs?

Welcome! Many chemicals eaten by birds will settle in their egg yolks, and be there for a very long time. I have no idea about whatever herbicide you used, so check with the manufacturer and/ or FARAD.org for the specific chemical(s). You may decide to eat the eggs anyway, or not. Mary

Will ask him tomorrow if I see him. The vet called me back and stated that he would give it a month before we resume eating the eggs.
