Chicken eggs at day 24 HELP!!

I have one egg that started chirping about 11 hours ago but no crack yet at all. Should I step in and help make a little pip?

Egg hatching can take a long time, sure you can do some encouraging piping but thats just about it, i wouldnt help hatch it. If its not strong enough to hatch by its self, it probably wont make it

For anyone following, it pipped, it zipped (most of the way) now I just hope it's taking a little nap

and something didn't go wrong while I was at work. Yes, I'm a worry wort lol
