Chicken eggs at day 24 HELP!!

Still have a few eggs in there. I float tested and they were all good but didn't see much movement. Gonna give them a few more days then try again if I don't get any

I wish I didn't have to work! One pipped in a funny place while I was at work. Not completely at the wrong end but a bit below the air cell. I did pull a little shell off at the pip. All seems very quiet in the egg though. Hoping it's just resting and drawing in that yolk. Ready to jump in if need be, gonna be a long night but I wanna see a chick make it
