Would be very helpful to know where you are so folks in your area can help. Otherwise, you've kinda gotten the best suggestions. If you don't want to sit out some place for hours, you're going to have to advertise. And also have a good idea of the pricing locally. 5 bucks for fresh seems reasonable unless others are selling in your area for 3.
