Chicken Emergency

This came from a friend today: (I am still working on the pic bit)

This is one of our young roosters (I think he's a rooster) and he is acting very strangely. He limps on one leg, and the feet are folded down on the that side. He has these strange bumps on his cockscomb that look like a fungus or somthing??? He just sits. His eyes look ok. Not sure what's going on. Have you ever heard of this?

Does anyone have some wisdom for this little guy?
