Chicken Eye Problems

Loosing lots of Chickens to Eye problem.Some have both eyes shut.Had a few in grown chickens,but theses are hitting 3 month old.One or both eyes swell up.I get thick puss to push out sometimes.Rinse eyes and ad triple ointment.Some it works on,some die.New cases every day.Really need help.Was going to start adding eye drops.

I've read in here that eye issues could be respiratory related. My rooster had a puffy eye and some discharge. I put neosporin on it but after that didn't seem to help I used Durmycin-10 in the water. I would do more research on BYC and hopefully you'll also get more responses. Good luck!
