Just wanting to know once my hen hatches her eggs how long till I know the sex if the chicks?

Also, when can my hen be breed again once she’s hatched her chicks.?

Hens get bred all day every day by roosters.

Are you meaning when will she go broody again?
Probably not until see feels like it.
It is not something that you can control...she will go broody when she wants too. (It's all about hormones.)

You don't need to keep them separate.
She won't go back to laying until she weans the chicks,
which could be a few weeks to a few months.
A good cockbird won't mate a hen that's not laying....
....and if he tries, it's likely she will kick his butt.
