Chicken feed...?

I need to move from chick starter to "something else" and not laying mash - what is the between step? Not sure there is something called chicken feed that is appropriate. What do you feed/

If you're going that route --

starter
grower
layer

If grower is available in your area you can start that around 6 to 8 weeks old. They can stay on that until they need layer feed.
All that's available around here is starter/grower.
