Chicken Feet Problem

Recently I have noticed my chicken feet, she has something on her feet and I dont know how to cure it or help her. I think to some kind of disease, her scaley feet are kind of scrapping off. I need help.

I don’t know what it is honestly, but I’d keep her feet dry/clean for a bit (isolate her so she can properly heal) and maybe get bag balm or some kind of antibiotic cream for livestock at an animal supply store? I use bag balm to heal up my boys when they fight and it’s used for tons of other things.
