Chicken feet

I have a 4/5 month old Easter egger who has weird feet. She is the only one out of 27 chickens that has this. She does not seem to be in pain, but it's getting worse. She sleeps on a flat surface because we don't have a perch in her sleeping area. We are worried about how this will effect her as she gets older. Does anyone know how to fix this?
