Chicken feet

I have a chicken that has been limping. I picked her up and she had this on top of foot and it does not seem to be getting better. I do t know its bumble foot since nothing is on bottom it’s on top. I have been soaking in epsom salt and then spraying banixx any ideas on what it is and how to heal? Thank you

What does it look like on the sides of the foot underneath the swellings, any scabs or abrasions?
