In your one picture you can see the skin where the toes meet there is crud stuck up in there. That is what is causing the swelling between her toes. She also looks like she might have a bumble on the foot in the other picture. For impacted toe pockets I believe you have to clean out all of it and keep it clean until the swelling goes down, but I have only seen it with others never had to treat it in my flock. Let me tag someone who may be able to better help with the treatment.
