Chicken foot/toe injury

Looking for any insight into what’s what’s going on with my 5 year old chickens foot. She is otherwise acting very normal and looks healthy. She’s laying eggs as we’d expect her at her age. She’s doesn’t seem bothered by whatever is going on. We are coming off a very frigid cold long winter. Wondering if it was frostbite? The other chicken we have looks perfectly healthy and no issues. Thanks!

I have a rooster whose foot looks similar. It was that way when I got him and I always figured it was frost bite. He doesn’t seem bothered by it though he doesn’t run very fast. Interested to see what others have to say
