Chicken found at a gas station

Chicken feed would be best for her. Corn or scratch is not a complete feed. You can get small bags at most feed stores now. They make all flock or layer feed as well as chick starter. Is she drinking water? What do her poops look like? Pictures are welcome. Does she have much of a comb?
I'll just let the real experts take over! :bow

Are the nasal secretions thin or thick? Does she have any bad odor from her beak? Is there any bubbles or foam in either eye? Any sneezing? Those can be symptoms of a respiratory disease. Do you have other chickens? As you may know, some people will dump a sick or unwanted chicken. If you do have other poultry, it would be good to keep this one quarantined for 30 days, to make sure and not spread something contagious.

This is Beep beep got her a Day ago I have no idea how old she is no idea what breed she is but I’ve noticed all she wants to do is eat sleep and drink water just wanna make sure she doesn’t have any illnesses

She’s on layer feed She can be very energetic at times but she is having a hard time swallowing feed

She has a lot of food in her crop
No much of a comb

And the crop feels kinda soft

And now I’m noticing snot coming from the nostrils
Photos of the inside of her beak and the face/nostrils?

Crop is soft, has a lot of food in it, she's having a hard time swallowing - did you press on the crop, then notice mucous or water coming from the nostrils?

Check her crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink. If the crop is still soft or has food, then you can try treating the crop symptoms. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/

I totally agree, she needs to be kept away from your flock. Don't wear the same clothes to tend to your flock that you have worn while handling/tending to her. Practice quarantine and biosecurity.
